A second Crowdfinding request, submitted by France (General Directorate for Heritages, Ministry of Culture and Communication), is now online. This relates to the application of the European Regulation No. 1907/2006 REACH; in view of the specificity of the issue, this enquiry is being addressed specifically to the European Union member States, as well as Norway, and Switzerland. The other CoE member States can, if they wish so, provide their comments insofar as the application of European regulations could directly or indirectly impact all European States. The Secretariat would kindly ask the HEREIN Coordinators to note the deadline of 30 April 2015, and requests their participation in this crowdfinding through the now usual procedure (http://www.herein-system.eu/crowdfindings).
